​Return & Exchange Policy

Please contact Forever United prior to returning an item to be exchanged by sending an e-mail containing a detailed explanation of reason for exchange within 14 days. Reasons for exchange are but not limited too incorrect size, color, or other non-defect return.​

 

Returns will be processed after we have inspected your items and confirm that they are in their original condition. Signs of wear or mistreatment will void a return or exchange. Items worn cannot be returned. If you do ship such items, Forever United will not be responsible for processing and returning such items. For returns please allow 7 business days from when it is delivered to us for your return to be processed. Then allow additional time for reproduction and shipping.

You may exchange an item within 30 days of receipt for another item or store credit

Sale Items

    Items bought at 40% off or over are eligible only for exchanges, unless noted in the product description.
    No refunds are available for sale items.

Shipping and Handling

    Shipping & handling is non refundable for returns.

 

Underwear Policy

    FUA does not accept returns on underwear and intimates. (When available)

Swimsuit Policy

    FUA does not accept returns on swimsuits. (When available)
